- Cut chicken fillets into cubes…in a bowl add chicken cubes, and all ingredients of marinating…. mix well and marinate for 2 hours..
- In a blender add kaju,khashkhash and water.. Blend well and set aside.
- In grill pan add oil and marinated chicken and grill until done and set aside… in the same grill pan add 1 tbs cooking oil and add onion and capsicum and grill for 1 minute..now give a charcoal smoke to chicken and vegetables for 2 minutes..
