Steps to serve Chicken Makhni Handi:
- Cut chicken fillets into cubes.
- In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,white pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,cream,cumin seeds,salt green chilies,yogurt,lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
- In blender,add cashew nuts,water and blend well & set aside. In pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken, until done add cashew nuts & set aside.
- For gravy
- In wok,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt. Add grinded onion,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
