- as needed Ghee
- as needed Mint and coriander chopped finely

To oil first add 3/4 of fried onion slices and ginger garlic paste. Let it saute well. Then add all powdered masala and tomato puri to it. Let it cook well. Then add chicken add curd. And mix well and keep on flame for 2 min.
- For layering take Pan Or pot. At base add all gravy. After gravy make a layer of rice. Then sprinkle fried onions and mint and coriander chopped. Then in tadka pan add some desi ghee and all whole spice. Immediately add this tadka all over the layer. Cover the pot with aluminium foil. Them put cover utensil on it. And keep on low flame for 10-15 mins more.
