  1. Cut the boneless chicken in dices add a bit of salt pepper soya sauce & cornflour. Toss it nicely & fry it. (deep fry or shallow is optional) keep aside.
  2. In a flat pan heat oil add in Chopped garlic & ginger, Diced Onion, Bell Pepper (all three colours; if there is only green… will do too.) sauté them for a minute not more.
  3. After a minute add in Chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, Vinegar, sesame seeds& water according to the gravy (if you want dry add a little water) season it with salt & pepper. Cook for2-3 min.(it’s good if you can taste as soya sauce itself tends to be salty)
  4. Mean while in a small bowl take red chilli powder and mix it with water. (Optional ; add only if you like it a bit spicy) add fried chicken & honey, Cornflour slurry(cornflour mixed with water to thicken the gravy)
