  7. Now spread the 1st slice of bread with mince then 2nd with sauce. Put last onto the sauce and press down
  8. Now cut into four & dip into batter & fry
  9. #timesaver If you want to make these ahead for a party/Dinner you can make the squares and freeze them individually 1st then pop into a zip lock. Then dip and fry as needed, you can cook these from frozen
  10. Also instead of ketchup you can use any other sauce you like or even chutneys
