- 3-4 cloves
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 3 spinach leaves
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp carom seeds
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh coconut
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 6 dried red chilli
- 1 tbsp roasted gram dal (putani)
- As needed Water
- For gravy
- 1 tbsp chicken masala powder
- 2 cup or required water
- 2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

- Firstly take the large mixing bowl add washed chicken, dry roasted semolina, and all masala ingredients above mentioned in marination.
- Next combine well together, cover and rest it for half an hour.
- Now heat the nonstick pan put bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin and sesame seeds dry roast till they becomes lightly aromatic smell.
