- 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger, shredded
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsps curry leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 red or birds eye chillies
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
