Steps to serve Masala Curry Base:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Now, on a medium heat (4), add your chopped onions and heat them for 2 mins (do not let them turn black).
  2. Now add ginger and garlic paste and heat for a further 1 minute turning using a spatula simultaneously.
