- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp cream for garnish
- 2-3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp kasturi methi dry
- to taste Salt
Instructions to serve Veg Chicken Tikka Masala Soya:
- For the Tikka Chap - Take curds and mix all the dry ingredients and mustard oil and mix well.
- Add the chap pieces and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
- In a grill pan add oil and place the tikka pieces.
