- Marinate the chicken strips with all the ingredients for about 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the chicken strips until they are golden brown.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisine sauce, vinegar, cornflour, brown sugar, salt and a little amount of water in a bowl.
- Heat oil in another kadai. - Add onion, garlic, chilli peppers, capsicum, red bell peppers, zucchini, stir for 30 seconds.
