  22. 2 tsp Vinegar
  23. Salt as per taste
  24. 2 tbsp Oil

Directions to cook Mongolian Chicken:

  1. Marinate the chicken strips with all the ingredients for about 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the chicken strips until they are golden brown.
  3. Mix soy sauce, hoisine sauce, vinegar, cornflour, brown sugar, salt and a little amount of water in a bowl.
  4. Heat oil in another kadai. - Add onion, garlic, chilli peppers, capsicum, red bell peppers, zucchini, stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add Sauce mixture and saute on high flame.
  6. Add fried chicken strips.
  7. Serve hot.
