- Oil for deep frying chicken
- 5-6 tablespoon oil for marinating mutton
- 4 tablespoon oil for cooking mutton
- 1 tablespoon Whole garam masalas for tempering mutton kosha
- 2 potatoes peeled and cut into half
- 1 onion paste
- 2 tablespoon milk to soak the kesar

- For the chicken fry, marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder for 10-15 minutes.
- Add all purpose flour and corn flour to it and deep fry them in a kadai in medium low flame till golden in colour
- Serve hot and crispy
