- For the Meatballs: In a bowl, mix the pork mince, sausage meat and parsley, mashing with the back of a fork to help tenderise the mince. Take approximately 1/2tbsp of the mixture and shape into a ball. Roll this in the flour and set to one side. You should be able to get approximately 20 meatballs.
