  5. Cut the courgette and cheese into slices, and cherry tomatoes in halves. Arrange slices of cheese on the dough, cover with slices of zucchini and cherry tomatoes halves, season with salt and herbs and drizzle with oil. Let stand for 15 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220C/430F. Bake for 15 minutes.
