- 1/2 cup water
- 1 packet or 2 1/4 tsp of active dry yeast
- 3 tsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbps sugar
- For the Hummus:
- 2 cups canned chickpeas
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and Pepper
