Steps to cook Chilli Panner

- Mix Paneer with corn flour shallow fry it in a kadai (Pot) till it become brown.
- In a separate pan, heat up 2 tbsp of oil and sauté the onions till brown. - Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion then put small pieces of capsicum and fry it for sometime.
- Add shallow fried paneer to it and put tomato, chill,soy sauce and salt into pan. Mix it really well until the paneer coated evenly to the sauces.
- Serve it into the dish and garnish with fresh coriander.
This is absolutely delicious and easy to make. This is a dry snack and can be has an appetizer. When I make paneer (Indian cottage cheese) at home, then most of the times (when there is capsicum in the fridge I make this chilli paneer. Paneer Chilli - Paneer Chilli is a must have Indo-Chinese appetizer for all the vegetarians. It is evolved from the Chicken Chilli where the meat is replaced with soft Paneer (cottage cheese).
