- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 green chillies chopped optional
- 1/4 cup whites of the green onions finely chopped

- 1/3 cup capsicum cut into 1/2 inch square
- 3-4 tbsp ketchup
- 3-4 TSP soya sauce
